The intent of this global rotational program is to build our talent pipeline by providing a customized learning curriculum. The program will align individual career development with Volvo Financial Services future business needs. Employees in the program will develop new skills and gain a broad and wide view of Volvo Financial Services globally.

Participants in the global program are part of a team of 4-5 individuals at various organizational levels, reporting to a common manager in Volvo Financial Services Global Headquarters located in Greensboro, NC USA. Although a rotation is required at Global HQ, participants can be from any place in the world.  We drive diversification of experience in Captive Finance through multiple assignments varying between 1-5 months. Near the conclusion of the two-year program, you will apply for your next position at Volvo Financial Services. Assuming high performance during the program, the post-program position is intended to be progressive.
