Customer finance activities within each product company
Treasury operations developed as a separate entity

2000

VFS business unit created

2001

VFS established as the 8th Volvo Business Area (including customer finance, Danafjord, Treasury and related services)

2006

VFS transfers Danafjord and Treasury to AB Volvo, thereby becoming a pure customer finance company
